Swiss Champions FC Basel have endured a poor start to the season. They have won two and lost two of their four league games so far and sit fifth in the Swiss Super League after those games. Should they be eliminated from the Champions League in Denmark on Wednesday, manager Ludovic Magnin will certainly start to feel the pressure.
Basel will be well-rested, having not played since last week's 1-1 draw with Copenhagen. A Xherdan Shaqiri penalty gave Basel an early lead before Gabriel Pereira levelled in added time at the end of the first half.
That draw came after a 6-1 away win over Biel-Bienne in the Swiss Cup First Round the weekend prior, a result which seemingly set them up well for last week's first leg tie.
Basel have two wins, a draw and one defeat in their last four games in all competitions.
In contrast, Copenhagen were in action this past weekend following their draw in Switzerland. They faced OB at home but could only manage a second consecutive 1-1 draw. Despite that, they are now unbeaten in their last four, winning two, drawing two and will feel that their strong home form, especially in Europe, should see them in with an excellent chance here.
In the Champions League Qualifiers, Jacob Neestrip's team have beaten Drita (2-0, 1-0) 3-0 on aggregate in the Second Qualifying Round, then were held 0-0 away by Swedish side Malmo. However, the second leg proved a formality with Copenhagen running out impressive 5-0 winners on the night.

FC Copenhagen will be without two key players for the second leg.
Tunisia's Elias Achour and Danish International midfielder Thomas Delaney are both out through injury.
Both also missed the first leg, so the Copenhagen team will likely be very similar to the one that started the game in Basel with Andreas Cornelius likely to start in attack ahead of Youssoufa Moukoko. Manager Neestrup will likely stick to his preferred 4-2-3-1 formation with Mohamed Elyounoussi operating in the number 10 slot.
One man to watch could be centre-half Gabriel Pereira who scored in the 1-1 draw in the first leg of this tie and also the 1-1 draw with OB at the weekend.
For FC Basel manager Magnin, there are a number of considerations to make. Their top forward, Kevin Carlos, recently signed for Nice which means Albin Ajeti will likely be the focal point of the attack.
Ghanaian centre-back Jonas Adjetey was sent off in the first leg, so is suspended here. Nicolas Vouilloz will likely deputise, especially given that two defenders, Finn van Breemen and Kevin Ruegg will both miss out through injury.
Basel hopes may rest on Xherdan Shaqiri's broad shoulders.
The talismanic Swiss superstar played a key role in bringing the league title back to Basel last season and he has netted four goals in the last four games for Basel.
