Everton are the model of inconsistency in the league this season. Five wins, five draws and five defeats with 19 scored and 19 conceded. Saturday saw them lose at Watford making it five league games without a win. Even worse they have just one win in their last eleven league and cup games. All a bit disappointing after a start to the season that saw them second in the table at one stage. Now they are down to ninth and ten points off the Champions League places. At Goodison they have only won one of their last four league games. Arsenal come into this game in good form after winning their Champions League group and beating Stoke City at home on Saturday. They still haven't lost a league game since the opening weekend of the season and have only conceded five goals away from home. With Everton struggling at present, Arsenal can get the win here.
