England W vs Spain W Prediction & Betting Tips - Women's Euro

England has made great progress in the Women's Euros but now face Spain in the quarter finals. They have won all three of their games so far and scored 14 goals in doing so without conceding. Wins came over Austria, a very disappointing Norway and debutants Northern Ireland. It gets a lot tougher for them now but you expect that in a quarter final. England come into this game having won their last nine games and letting in just two goals, while scoring 44 goals. They are unbeaten in their last 17 games since losing to Canada in April of last year. This is match number 18 since Sarina Wiegman (hopefully recovered from Covid so she can attend this game) took over and two goals would see 100 goals scored by them in those matches. Such a high total has been achieved due to playing weak opposition such as North Macedonia, Latvia (who they beat 20-0 at home) and Luxembourg. Spain aren't going to be a team that England can score against almost at will.

The Spaniards beat England in the She Believes Cup two years ago. Then came that goalless draw this year in England during the Arnold Clark Cup. They had a much tougher group in this tournament with Germany having to be faced. They lost 2-0 to the Germans but wins over Finland and Denmark saw them finish second in the group. The injury to Alexia Putellas has hit them hard and the loss to Germany is the only one they have suffered in their last 26 internationals. Eight of their last 10 internationals have seen under 2.5 goals scored in them. This looks like being a tight match, go for under 2.5 goals to be scored.
