We're guaranteed an American player in the last four of the Queen's Club tournament. That's because third seed Emma Navarro faces eighth-seeded Amanda Anisimova in the quarter-finals of this grass court tournament. Here's our match prediction.

This is a match in the top half of the draw. The only other remaining seed in this half is the top seeded Qinwen Zheng. 

Emma Navarro had to come from behind to win her second round match. Just one game was won in the opening set against Beatriz Haddad Maia. The American battled back to win set two on a tie-break.

The final set was won 6-3 to take the world number ten into this quarter-final. Navarro has won one grass court title and twice made it to the last four in Bad Homburg. Her Wednesday win took her up to ninth in the live rankings.

World number 16 Amanda Anisimova has had two wins over English players Jodie Anna Burrage (after losing the first set) and on Wednesday, Sonay Kartal. Only four games were lost in her second round victory.

Anisimova leads Navarro 3-0 in previous meetings but this is their first match on grass. Her best performance on this surface has been reaching the last eight at Wimbledon three years ago. We tip over 20.5 games to be played.
