The winners of the 2017-18 edition, Eintracht Frankfurt, are set to host the 2021 champions, Borussia Dortmund, at the Deutsche Bank Park in the second round of the DFB Pokal. This is a rematch of the 2016-17 final, which saw Dortmund come out on top in a 2-1 victory at the Olympic Stadium to win their fourth title after a five-year drought. Here's our match prediction.
Eintracht Frankfurt have been underperforming in the past weeks as they come into this match with just one win in their last five across all competitions.
That victory came against St. Pauli in the Bundesliga on Saturday, with the team recording a 2-0 home victory to end a four-match winless run.
