Since their opening 15-10 away defeat to Gloucester in round 1, Edinburgh Rugby have been unstoppable in the Challenge Cup this season. They have won their remaining five matches in the competition, including a 34-28 home victory over Bulls to book their place in the last four.

However, Sean Everitt's side will enter this match off the back of a recent rough patch. They are winless in their last two matches (both domestic fixtures), with the most recent being a 25-25 draw against Zebre. 

In contrast, Bath Rugby will enter this match on a roaring form. The Premiership Cup champions are on an impressive nine-match winning streak, with their most recent victory being a blowout 55-19 win over Newcastle Falcons.

Notably, Johann van Graan's side initially struggled in the group stages of the Challenge Cup this season, losing three of their four group matches. However, they have turned a corner in the knockouts, winning their two knockout fixtures by double-digit margins. This includes a staggering 61-26 victory over Gloucester in the quarter-final.
