Denmark had a tough start to their Euro 2020 campaign, with a 1-0 loss to Finland, while having to deal with the uncertainty concerning Christian Eriksen. They are third in Group B and hope they can stop a rampant Belgium who top this group after a 3-0 win over Russia in the opening game. Home advantage didn’t work for Denmark last time out, as they fell to debutants Finland and even lost a penalty in the game. They will be hoping for better fortunes this time even, they are set to miss Eriksen. They had a good run before the Finland loss and going to this game, in the three losses they’ve suffered in the last 15 matches, two have been inflicted by Belgium. In six matches, they have four clean sheets, and haven’t conceded more than a goal in that run. Denmark have failed to score in just one of their last 12 matches.

Belgium had a powerful start and will be hoping to seal their qualification to the next stage of the competition with another win here. The 3-0 win over Russia was their 10th straight unbeaten outing and with two recent wins over Denmark, they’ll be fired up for this. Romelu Lukaku showed his attacking instincts again in the game and will be the man to watch here and with four goals in the last five matches for Belgium, the Danes have a big task. While Belgium have been great in attack, they still have defensive issues to deal with, though they’ve been improving in that aspect. In their last five matches, they’ve kept three clean sheets, but their last 13 have produced just four. Denmark will push them harder than Russia and though they are favorites, they’ll need to be at their defensive best.
