Crystal Palace are up to 12th in the table after their shock win at Liverpool on Sunday, that's only two points behind ninth placed Southampton. The last few weeks have seen Palace go from relegation candidates to potential top ten finishers. Perhaps Sam Allardyce might have some happy memories of the 2016/17 season after all. In recent weeks Palace have won at Chelsea and Liverpool and beaten Arsenal at home, so this won't be an easy task at all for Tottenham. Palace are unbeaten in their last four home league games but have suffered nine home league losses this season, will this be number ten? The pressure will be on Tottenham in this game, that is for sure. If Chelsea were to drop points at home to Southampton on Tuesday then Spurs could reduce the gap between them and the league leaders to as little as a single point. If Chelsea get the win on Tuesday then they are back to seven points clear of Spurs and the White Hart Lane boys won't be able to afford to drop any points here. They lost to Chelsea on Saturday in the FA Cup so their sole focus is winning the Premier League or more likely ensuring they finish second. They only have one loss in their last seven away league games and with their strikers in top form, they can get the win here to keep the pressure on Chelsea.
