Belgian champions Club Brugge start their title defence with a home match against KAS Eupen, the game coming after they bagged the Super Cup after beating Genk 3-2. In the win over Genk, they once again showed their attacking might, trailing for only a minute and scoring three to hand their big rivals yet another defeat. They have now scored two or more goals in each of their last five matches and have four wins in the run.
