Monday Night Football in the NFL sees a potential AFC Championship preview when the Buffalo Bills head to Cincinnati to take on the Bengals at the Paul Brown Stadium. The Bengals recovered from an 0-2 start to the 2022/23 season to now sit top of the AFC North with 11 wins and four losses from their 16 games. They hold the second longest active winning streak in the NFL at seven games, just behind the 49ers eight game winning streak. The Bengals have also recorded a 5-1 record on their home field, with their only home loss coming in week one against the Cowboys. Cincinnati beat the Patriots 22-18 in their last outing, scoring over 20 points for the seventh consecutive game while keeping their opponents to below 20 points in two of their last four. 

The Bills have been on an impressive run of form themselves, winning their last six on the bounce and are deserving of being the current betting favorites to win the Super Bowl according to the oddsmakers. Buffalo is coming off a dominant 35-13 win over the Bears in the previous week to put them comfortably atop the AFC East with a conference best record of 12 wins and three losses (tied with the Chiefs). The Bills rank fourth in the NFL in terms of points per game at 28 and have scored 30 or more points in four of their last seven. An underrated aspect of this Bills team has been their defense in recent weeks, which has held the opposition to sub-14 point totals in three of their last four games.
