Cameroon vs Guinea-Bissau Prediction & Betting Tips - AFCON

Cameroon begin the defence of their African Cup of Nations title with a game against Gunea-Bissau. The reigning champions are chasing a sixth title and are currently ranked 51 in the world, rising three places in the latest list that was recently published. They qualified for this tournament by finishing runners-up in Group B behind Morocco but a comfortable six points ahead of Malawi and Comoros. Current form has seen them undefeated in their last four games. Their last defeat was a 1-0 loss to Brazil in November of last year. They recently won a hybrid friendly against Alcorcorn 11-0. Their two top players both play in Ligue 1 with the top scorer being Eric Maxim Choupo-Moling from PSG who has 15 international goals.

Guinea Bissau are ranked 118th in the world and this is only their second time in the finals of this tournament. They made it through to the 2017 finals and finished bottom of their group with one point. Guinea Bissau lost 2-1 to Cameroon in that group after taking an early lead. To qualify for this tournament they won Group K ahead of Namibia and Mozambique despite not winning any of their away games. It took a 90th minute equalizer at home to Mozambique to confirm their qualification. Current form has seen them with one loss in their last four games, two of which were drawn. Only two of their last 15 games have been won  Cameroon are the tip to win this match.
