Buffalo Bills look to maintain their position at the top of the AFC East. They host the Indianapolis Colts who are second in the AFC South with a 5-5 season record. Buffalo have a superior 6-3 record and are second overall in the AFC. That gives them an excellent chance to make it into the play-offs for the fourth time in five years. Their most recent win was a convincing 45-17 win over the New York Jets. That saw them return to winning ways after a surprise loss at Jacksonville in their previous match. Their last three home matches have all been won. That's taken their home record to 3-1 after losing their first game against Pittsburgh.

Indianapolis are tenth overall in the AFC but still have every chance of claiming a wild card place at least. They made a poor start to the season, losing their first three games of the season and one of their first five. The Colts have recovered from that poor start and have won their last two games. They were against the same teams that Buffalo have faced, though they managed to defeat Jacksonville. With home advantage, the Bills can get the win here to go to 7-3 for the season.
