Manchester City have won their last 13 league games but still they can't shake off Liverpool. With one league game remaining, City know that a win at Brighton and Hove Albion will see them retain their Premier League title, anything less and a Liverpool win over Wolves will give them the title. City have been scoring goals left, right and centre, this season but three of their last four games have been won by the only goal of the game. Big wins don't mean much at the moment, just getting their hands on three points is their priority. Their last six away league games have all been won and only Crystal Palace managed to get on the score sheet against them. Their goals come from all over the pitch with the last seven in the Premier League all being scored by different players. Just one more win is needed and they have to be considered the strong favourites to do just that.

For Brighton and Hove Albion, the past few weeks has been about survival. A terrible league run put them in danger of relegation but Cardiff's inability to beat anyone apart from Brighton has kept them safe. They have already lost twice to Manchester City this season. The reverse league fixture saw them lose 2-0 at the Etihad and then they were beaten 1-0 at Wembley in the FA Cup semi-final. Brighton have gone eight league games without a win with just two in the last 17. At home, they have one point from their last four league games with just one goal scored. This can go to Manchester City and back them to be leading at both half and full time.
