Brighton and Hove Albion narrowly missed out on promotion to the Premier League last season and are only three points off the top two at present. It's been a bit of an in and out season for them so far but they have won their last two league games. More importantly they kept clean sheets in both of those games after a spell when they conceded two goals in four straight games. Home form has seen them win three out of four with only Brentford getting a win. Barnsley have also made a bright start to the season and start the weekend in fourth place but only a point above Brighton. They are yet to draw a league game with five wins and three defeats. Last week saw them lose at home to Reading in the league (who also won at Brighton in the League Cup this week). They have won two and lost two away from home but won their last two on the road. Brighton had good home form last season and if that defence is back in top form then they can get a home win here to get back into the play-off positions.
