After beating the sixth seed in round one, unseeded Mattia Bellucci is one win away from the Almaty Open quarter-finals. To reach the last eight, he must defeat fellow unseeded player Terence Atmane. Bellucci won a Challenger Tour event last week and our prediction is he will win this match.
The quarter-final opponent for the winner will be either top seed Daniil Medvedev or unseeded Sho Shimabukuro.
Mattia Bellucci is attempting to make it seven wins in a row. Last week he won the outdoor hard court Jinan Challenger Tour tournament. He has continued his good form with a come-from-behind victory over sixth-seeded Tomas Martin Etcheverry
