Sixth seed Alex de Minaur is in his third successive Paris Masters quarter-final. The Australian faces the 13th seed Alexander Bublik for a place in the last four against either Valentin Vacherot or Felix Auger-Aliassime. Here's our match prediction.

Alex de Minaur is seventh in both the live rankings and the ATP Race. A win over Bublik will take him into the end-of-season ATP Tour Finals. Thursday saw him beat 10th seed Karen Khachanov, losing only four games. That followed a three-set victory over Gabriel Diallo in round two.

De MInaur is ultra-consistent and this is his fifth consecutive hard court quarter-final with ten in total this year. He leads Bublik 3-1 in previous meetings and has won both of their matches played on a hard court.

Alexander Bublik is playing in his first Paris Masters quarter-final. The Czech has beaten Alexei Popyrin, Corentin Moutet and on Thursday, fourth-seeded Taylor Fritz. Bublik is in his second quarter-final in a row, reaching this stage in Vienna last week.

Last month saw him win the ATP Tour hard court tournament played in Hangzhou. He's up to a career-high 13th in the live rankings and 12th in the ATP Race. This could be close but we tip de Minaur to get the win.
