Milan are eighth in Serie A and still in with a good chance of qualifying for the Europa League. They host fifth-placed AS Roma who are battling hard to secure the final Champions League spot. Milan have 39 points and after sixth-placed Napoli won the Italian Cup, seventh will get a team into the Europa League. They are on the same number of points as seventh-placed Parma, who they host next month. Milan won 4-1 at Lecce on Wednesday and that victory ended a run of three league games without a win. Home form has been disappointing this season with just four wins from 13 league fixtures. Their season began poorly and only one of their first seven Serie A home games were won. Form has improved though and Milan went six home league games without a loss before losing 2-1 to Genoa. They have a tough home fixture list on the way though. After this game, the next two sides to visit Milan are Juventus and Parma.

AS Roma have it all to do if they want to qualify for the Champions League. They are six points behind fourth-placed Atalanta with 11 games remaining. They come into this game having won each of their last three league games, scoring ten goals in the process. Wednesday saw them get a 2-1 home win over Sampdoria but that was a bit of a struggle. They conceded an early goal but two strikes in the second half earned them a valuable three points. Away form has seen Roma win seven out of 13 games. Two of their last three have been lost though with defeats at Sassuolo and Atalanta. A bet on Roma to win or draw this game looks to be the one to make.
