A win at Genoa lifted AC Milan to 12th place in Serie A. They look to get back into the top half of the league with a home game against Lecce who are 16th in the table and in the relegation zone. Milan had lost three league games in a row before that important victory at Genoa. They had to come from behind to win the game with two second-half goals but that saw them moving in the right direction and only two points behind the final Europa League place. Milan have one win at home (over Brescia) but lost to Inter and Fiorentina, both in the current top eight.
Lecce are in the bottom three but only on head-to head results. The newly promoted side have won two league games this season but already suffered five defeats. Both their league wins came on their travels in games at SPAL and Torino. They have lost all their home games though, hence their current predicament. Lecce have also had two away defeats though conceding seven goals when defeated at Inter and Atalanta. Three of their last four league games have been lost, another looks on the way, so go for a Milan home victory.
