AC Milan will host Lazio in a top of the table clash in Serie A this weekend, as the league goes into Match Day 3. Both teams have registered two wins in their opening two matches but Lazio are top by virtue of a superior goal difference. Lazio thrashed Milan 3-0 at home in their last meeting and will be hoping to repeat the same at the Giuseppe Meazza in Milan. Just like for Milan, this will be Lazio’s toughest game of the season so far, and they already have a lot of positives in it. Lazio opened their campaign with a 3-1 away win over Empoli before thrashing Spezia 6-1 at home. Nine goals in two matches will boost their confidence and Ciro Immobile, who has scored four will be raring to go here. They however have no clean sheet in their opening two matches, while they have just one in the last five in the league. They have five wins in their last 10 league matches, but failed to score in three of the last five. As they seek a win in Milan, it is their away form that will worry them most. In the last 10 away league matches, Lazio have lost seven, and they got to this game with only one win in five away league games. They have failed to score in three of the last four away matches in Serie A while at the same time conceding two or more in four of the last five.
