Stade Toulousain are the top seeds in the European Rugby Champions Cup. They host Harlequins in the semi-final with the winner up against either Leinster or Northampton Saints in the final. The home side have already played Harlequins once in this season's competition. That was in Pool B with Stade Toulousain winning 47-19 at Harlequins. Now they face them at home and will be confident of another win. Stade Toulousain have won this competition on five previous occasions, most recently in 2021. They've also reached two finals and are worthy favorites to reach an eighth final. They won Pool B and in the knockout stages have beaten Racing 92 and then put 64 points past Exeter Chiefs. They are second in Top 14 and have won all 11 of their matches in that competition and four in this one.

Harlequins caused a big shock in the quarter-finals when winning away at Bordeaux Begles. The English Premiership side are fifth in the table and outside the play-off positions on points difference. Three of their last five league games have been lost  and four of the last five on the road. They finished second in their pool behind Stade Toulousain but two of their three wins did come on the road. In the last 16, they narrowly beat Gloucester 28-24 at home before that memorable win at Bordeaux in the quarter-finals. We tip Stade Toulousain to win this match and defy a -18 point handicap.
