Nottingham Forest host Chelsea in the Saturday evening late game in the Premier League. The City Ground will be packed with home fans hoping that Forest can secure the win which would almost certainly ensure survival, bar a highly improbable set of results. Nuno Santo’s team didn’t get their points deduction reduced on appeal last week, but they can take a massive step towards survival with a win here. However, with just one win in their last five games at the City Ground, that is going to be a tough task. Especially when you consider that their 3-1 win last week away to Sheffield United was their first win in five games and only their second win in the past 11 matches in the Premier League. 

Chelsea fans will be far from satisfied with what has happened this season under Mauricio Pochettino. However, just one defeat in their last dozen Premier League games does show some progress. Their best performances have come at home where they have notched wins against Newcastle, Manchester United, Everton, Tottenham and West Ham. Their sole away win came at Crystal Palace, but they have lost just one of the last six on the road, and that was at League title-chasing Arsenal. Chelsea fans will argue that they have drawn too many away games of late and they may have a point, but draws at Aston Villa and Manchester City are good results. They will be hoping to follow up a 5-0 win over West Ham last weekend with another three points on the road here.
