Ukrainian side Zorya has an uphill task at home in trying to overturn a 3-0 first leg loss to Austrian side Rapid Vienna in the Europa League play-offs. A place at the group stage is up for grabs and Zorya will have to give extra to get there after the heavy away loss in the first leg. They warmed up for this game with a 4-3 win back at home over Mariupol and one area they will still have concerns is in defence, having failed to keep a clean sheet in the last five. Four of their last five matches have produced over 2.5 goals and they’ve only failed to score in the loss to Rapid Vienna in that run. In three of the last four matches, they’ve conceded two or more goals and in the three home matches they’ve had this season, Zorya are winless.

Rapid Vienna are in a much better form and are boosted by their 3-0 lead from the first leg. They have three wins in their last five matches, with three clean sheets and over 2.5 goals in each of the last five games. In that run of five matches, they’ve scored three times in three, the most recent a home win over Ried in their domestic league. The trio of Taxiarchis Fountas, Ecran Kara and Marco Grull have scored a combined 10 goals in the last five games so the team has the needed potency in attack. However, they have no win in their last four away matches, three of them being losses.
