Wolves vs Southampton Prediction & Betting Tips - Premier League

Wolverhampton Wanderers were tipped to put in a stong performance on their return to the English Premier League and that's just what has happened. They made a slow start having to come from two down to get a home draw with Everton and then lost away at Leicester City. Since then though they have earned eight points from four games including draws with both Manchester clubs. They won away at West Ham and beat Burnley at home and are tenth in the league going into this weekend.

Southampton haven't made such a good start to the season and another relegation battle is a possibility after their narrow escape last season. They have only an away win at Crystal Palace (who were without Zaha) but should have won at home to Brighton and Hove Albion but gave away a 2-0 lead. Last week saw them lose 3-0 at Liverpool and they have only scored six goals so far this season and will be hoping for more from Danny Ings who has scored half of their goal tally. Away performances for Southampton have seen just three wins in the last 20 Premier League matches and two of those wins were against teams that were relegated last season. Wolves have the momentum and can get the home win in this game.
