Two of the top seven teams in the Premier League meet in the third round of the FA Cup. Wolves are seventh and host Manchester United who are two places above them in the table. It's a big game but neither side will field anything like a full strength side. Wolves nearly made it to the final last season, holding a 2-0 semi-final lead against Watford before losing 3-2. They have claimed some big scalps in this competition in recent years including both Liverpool and Manchester United on their way to that semi-final last season. They have had an up and down season but are still in with a good chance of another season in European football. Their last two games have both been lost though and with such a busy schedule, changes are going to be made for this game.

The same goes for Manchester United, especially with them having a midweek EFL Cup semi-final in midweek. They are being their usual inconsistent selves at present. Good performances are followed by poor ones as shown when losing 2-0 at Arsenal on New Year's Day. United are fifth in the Premier League but they have already lost six fixtures. A younger than usual line-up is expected for this game and with it being United, anything could happen. Go for both teams to score in this game.
