Valencia begin the weekend in seventh place in La Liga. They are only a place and a point behind the final Europa League qualification position. It's going to be an exciting end to the season for them as they are already in the final of the Copa del Rey (where they meet Barcelona) and on Thursday got past Krasnodar to reach the last eight of the Europa League. They are unbeaten in 14 league and cup games since a loss away to Getafe on January 22. At home, Valencia are undefeated in 16 games with only one goal conceded in the last six games.

Getafe are fourth in the league and in with a great chance of qualifying for the Champions League for the first time in their history. They are in the final qualifying position and four points clear of Alaves. Getafe are unbeaten in their last five league games winning four of them including the last three. Of their last four wins though, three have come against the trio of sides currently in the relegation zone. Only two of their last 11 away league and cup games have been won with seven draws. One that wasn't drawn was a 3-1 loss at Valencia in the Copa del Rey. This looks booked for a home win.
