After a disastrous start to their first ever Champions League campaign, Atalanta are one game from the quarter finals. The Italian side travel to Valencia with a 4-1 lead and will be confident of progressing. They began the competition with three defeats and 11 goals conceded and looking on their way out of the competition. They they earned seven points from their last three games to reach the knock-out stages. The first leg saw them score four goals in the first 62 minutes and they may be slightly disappointed at only winning 4-1. Since then, they put seven past Lecce and come into this game having won five of their last six competitive matches.

Valencia have it all to do if they are to reach the quarter finals. They qualified from a tough group finishing top ahead of Chelsea and Ajax. February and March hasn't been a great time for them with only one win in the last seven matches. Home form has seen them win three of their last four, including a victory over Barcelona. Only one of their three home Champions League games have been won this season. They beat Lyon but lost to Ajax and drew with Chelsea but need a stellar display to get through to the next round.
