After a run of one win in eight games and missing the 2018 World Cup, the USA have turned it all around in recent months under their new coach. They beat Ecuador 1-0 on Friday, their third win in a row and all achieved without conceding a goal. It was a close game against Ecuador and it took a goal eight minutes from time that got the Americans their win. That takes their home record to just one loss in the last six and they will want to keep that momentum going as they prepare for the Copa America.

Chile aren't in such form and have lost two of their last three matches. They went down 3-1 to Mexico on Saturday conceding three goals in the space of 13 second-half minutes and have now conceded seven goals in their last three matches. Last November saw them lose 3-2 at home to Costa Rica again going 3-0 down before getting two late goals. Their last win came in a friendly against Honduras, played just four days after the Costa Rica defeat. They won that game 4-1 at home with two of the goals coming from the penalty spot, but their opponents were a team that have only won one of their last 12 away games. Chile aren't that hot on their travels either with only two wins in their last eight matches. Go for the USA to maintain their momentum with a home win in this game.
