Borussia Dortmund will travel to Union Berlin in their next Bundesliga game, hoping for a good response after their humiliating loss at home to Bayer Leverkusen. Union Berlin are fourth in the league standings with 34 points while Dortmund head to the game placed second with 43 points. For the hosts, maintaining their hold on the top four will be a key target in this game and they too, will be hoping for a return to winning ways. A five-match unbeaten run in the league for Union Berlin was cut short in a 2-0 away loss to Augsburg in the last game, making it the first time in five matches that they failed to score. Three times in the last five league matches Union Berlin have scored twice and the three of the matches have ended in over 2.5 goals. Borussia Dortmund’s first match without the injured Erling Haaland ended in disappointing fashion, a 5-2 loss at home to Bayer Leverkusen.
