This game takes place on Sunday by which time Liverpool could be 22 points clear at the top of the table. Second placed Manchester City will try to close whatever massive uncatchable gap there is with a win at sixth placed Tottenham Hotspur. City surely know their title is lost but are in a battle for second place with a three point lead over Leicester City. They may have lost in midweek to Manchester United but still made it through to the final of the EFL Cup and are favourites to beat Aston Villa in the final. They are still in the hunt for both the FA Cup and Champions League so it could still be a big season for them. They come into this game having earned 13 points from their last five league games (still less than Liverpool have won) and have won four of their last five away league matches.

Tottenham are in sixth place and the same number of points behind the top four. It's scary to think that Liverpool have more than double the number of points that Tottenham have. They are battling to get into the Champions League places but have only won one of their last five league games. That was against bottom-of-the-table Norwich City and Tottenham have to start getting wins or risk missing out on the Champions League next season. They struggle against the best with recent home losses to Liverpool and Chelsea, go for a Manchester City away win here.
