Tottenham entertain Brighton at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in this FA Cup fourth round match. Tottenham have lost three of their last five matches and amazingly all three losses were against Chelsea. They had a scare in the last round against League One team Morecambe before eventually winning 3-1. Tottenham have been very good at home losing just two of their last ten matches. They also have an excellent record against Brighton winning their last seven home matches against them dating back to 1982.Tottenham have reached the fifth round in five of the last six seasons. Their only blemish in this period was a fourth round loss to Crystal Palace in the 2018/19 season.

Brighton have proven hard to beat and have lost just once in their last 11 matches. Their away record is just as impressive as they are unbeaten in their last six matches. Brighton have played Tottenham once before in the FA Cup and suffered a 2-1 loss back in 2005.They have only won two of their nine matches against top flight opposition in the FA Cup. These two wins were only achieved after they were promoted to the Premiership.
