Tiantsoa Rakotomanga and Janice Tjen have the chance to take their rising profiles to another level as they battle in the title match at the Sao Paulo Open. Both first-time finalists at the tour level, they will also be meeting for the first time, and we have a prediction below.
For the two, being in the title-decider is a milestone by itself. In about an hour and a half, Tjen dumped out Briton Francesca Jones in two sets, making her one of the few Indonesians to reach such levels in the WTA.

On the other side of the court will be a player four years younger than Tjen, the 19-year-old Tiantsoa Rakotomanga. The French player has her inspiring story too, but for now it is beating Renata Zarazua in straight sets to book this slot.
She did it in one hour and 20 minutes. Rakotomanga is only contesting her third main draw at the tour level and the first on a hardcourt, yet she stands just a match away from her first title.
