Sweden and Switzerland are set to face off on Match Day 2 of Group C in the UEFA Women’s Championship. In. a tight group that no team so far has the advantage, these two will both be eyeing the first win in this pool. All opening matches here ended in draws. Sweden drew 1-1 with the Netherlands for their 13th unbeaten game, but their main concern means a lack of clean sheets in their matches. They have one in the last five matches, a 15-0 win over Georgia. To get a draw against the Netherlands called for a great performance and having led at half time, Sweden will be kicking themselves for not winning the game. It is this fire that they’ll carry to the second match and they will be out to extend a dominant run over Switzerland. In the last seven meetings, they have six wins.
Switzerland have one win over Sweden in their eight meetings in history. In six of the eight meetings, Switzerland have conceded two or more goals.
