Slovenia rose from the bottom of League B in Group 4 of the UEFA Nations League with a shock win over Norway and will be looking to keep the momentum when they travel to Sweden. This group remains very competitive going into the final round of matches. Hosts Sweden are bottom with three points and Slovenia third on five. Sweden need a win to avoid relegation to League C; they beat Slovenia 2-0 away from home in the first meeting and will hope for the same here. However, they are winless in their last four matches after that win, losing each one of them and conceding two or more in three. In their most recent outing, Sweden lost 4-1 to promotion hopefuls Serbia. They have five wins in the last seven home matches and keeping this good run will be key, though their last two ended in defeats.

Slovenia are coming into this game from a 2-1 win at home to Norway, a result that saw them get off the bottom of the group. Here they will be out to secure at least a draw to see that they avoid dropping to League C.
