Strasbourg are set to host Ligue 1 champions PSG right after their loss to immediate former champions Lille. The home team is placed sixth with 56 points, 22 behind PSG who are at the top of the league. The 1-0 loss to Lille was the first time in five matches that Strasbourg had failed to score and also their first loss in the last five matches. Strasbourg have one clean sheet in the last five matches, which is something they’ll want to address ahead of this game. Both sides have scored in three of their last four matches while at home, they are unbeaten in their last seven games, winning five. In their 17 home matches this season, Strasbourg have lost only three.

PSG on the other hand, are still in celebration mode after winning the Ligue 1 title in their last game, a 1-1 draw with Lens. Jean Corentin’s late equalizer dampened PSG celebrations and while it didn’t deny them another league title, it left PSG with just one clean sheet in five matches. It was also the only of their last five matches that they have gone without scoring two or more goals. They have scored first in all of their last five matches and in four of them, they went to halftime leading. Their away run has two straight wins with nine goals scored in that period, and though we expect changes in the team now that the league title is home, we still expect top quality performance from the champs.
