Spain are pitted against Switzerland for the fifth round of their Nations League A group. Las Furias Rojas are in the midst of an impressive eight game unbeaten run, while they have lost only one in their last twelve. Enrique’ side are gearing up for Qatar, and they look in good defensive shape having kept four clean sheets in their last eight encounters. They are also in frightening form at home, having lost once in their last twenty-two encounters, winning sixteen of them. Spain have also lost one of six home meetings against Switzerland.  

The Swiss are also preparing for Qatar, yet they need a bit more work than their Spanish opponents at the moment. That is because they have won just one of their last six games and have conceded in six of their last eight. They will also need to step it up away from home, having lost in their last three outings on the bounce. Murat Yakin’s side took an important win against Portugal in their last game, while they have also lost just one of their last six meetings against Spain in normal time.
