Southampton have been in good form in the past few weeks. They host Tottenham in the FA Cup fourth round and will be aiming to repeat a recent Premier League home win over them. The Saints are up to ninth in the table and that's three points behind sixth placed Tottenham. Southampton were struggling up to a month or so ago and looked set for a relegation battle. They go into this game having won six of their last eight matches. Their only loss came against Wolves, losing 3-2 last weekend after leading 2-0. Home form has seen Southampton win four, draw one and lose two of their last seven and that includes a 1-0 win over Totttenham.

Their opponents beat Norwich City 2-1 at home on Wednesday evening but are inconsistent at present. That was only their second win in seven matches, the other being a 2-1 home win in an FA Cup third round replay against Championship side Middlesbrough. Their away form is again a problem with one win in the last seven, a last-gasp victory at Wolves. Both sides will make changes for this match so that makes predicting the outcome a little bit riskier. A bet on both teams to score in what should be an open cup tie is the suggested wager.
