Southampton vs Norwich Prediction & Betting Tips - Premier League

Southampton beat Watford 2-1 on Saturday and are now they could climb out of the bottom three if beating Norwich City. The Saints are 18th in the table, a place and a point above their opponents.  It wasn’t looking good for the Saints on Saturday when they were trailing Watford with only 12 minutes remaining. Two goals for Southampton turned the game on its head and a likely home defeat turned into their first home league win of the season. Faced with a home game against another side in the relegation zone, Southampton will hope they can get a win and go ahead of Everton who look likely to lose away at Liverpool in midweek. Southampton games tend to see both teams get on the scoresheet. That's happened in eight of the last nine league games, the other was that 9-0 thrashing by Leicester City. 

Norwich City drew with Arsenal on Sunday, a game they could easily have won. That's four points from their last two games and Sunday's match saw Teemu Pukki finally score a goal. He hadn't scored since mid-September but if he can rediscover his scoring boots, Norwich could escape the bottom three. The win at Everton ended a run of one point from six away games and they’ll be keen to build on that. This is a vital game for both sides and hard to predict, especially with them having recent good results. A bet on both teams to score is the suggested bet.
