Manchester United continue to be impressive this season and their attack looks frightening which definitely can't be said about their opponents Southampton. The Saints are ninth in the table but have managed just four goals this season and one of those was a penalty and no player has scored more than once this season. It's still a mystery why they couldn't sign a striker during the summer and have only scored in one of their last eight home league games. At home this season they have drawn 0-0 with Swansea and had that last gasp penalty to get a 3-2 home win over West Ham but lost 2-0 to Watford. Life is going to be difficult for them this weekend as they host Manchester United in the first game they have this season against the title challengers. United are second in the table behind Manchester City on goal difference. They are yet to lose in the league this season with four wins and a draw with sixteen goals scored and just two conceded. Away form has seen a 4-0 win at Swansea and a draw at Stoke. Southampton struggle for goals and haven't faced any of the title challengers this season, now they do and United can get a win here to keep on City's heels.
