Slovakia came through the play-offs to reach the World Cup finals and now host the Netherlands as they continue their prepartations for next month's tournament. They finished second behind England in their qualfying group but will need to improve their away performances if they want to do well in Russia. They won four out of five at home in their group only losing to England but away from home lost three times. Slovakia have won their lastt three internationals but alll were played at home. That trio of wins were over Norway, UAE and Thailand and this game against the Netherlands is a bit tougher than those opponents. They have won their last seven home games in all and are unbeaten in their last 11 home international friendlies.

It's another summer in front of the television for the Netherlands as they failed to qualiify for the World Cup finals. They finished third in their group behind France and Sweden, only missing out on goal difference. All a bit frustating when the last seven internationals have seen them win six and lose one to England at home. Their last six away games have produced five wins and a loss to France but all they have to look forward to is the European Nations League and even that is going to be tough as they have drawn France and Germany. This should be an open game and the suggested bet is to go for over 2.5 goals being scored.
