Sheffield United continue their hunt for a European spot when they welcome Everton to Bramall Lane for Premier League action on Monday night. The Blades, eighth in the table, are no longer in contention for a Champions League place with fourth being eight points away and there being only two rounds to play. They are, however, only one point behind Spurs in seventh, a spot that would qualify them for the Europa League. Everton are 11th in the table and will not be able to reach the European places. A top-ten finish would be an encouraging early landmark for the Ancelotti reign. Burnley, in tenth, are five points away though and winning at Sheffield United will be tough for Everton. Two-nil winners of the reverse fixture earlier in the campaign, Sheffield United are unbeaten in their last six home matches, winning five of those fixtures. The last three victories there have been particularly impressive with Spurs, Wolves, and Chelsea all falling victim to their fortress powers. Chris Wilder's side will be keen to bounce back from the blow of a midweek defeat at Leicester.

Everton are one of the worst away teams in the top flight, with only four teams having poorer records on the road than the Toffees. Four of their last five away matches have resulted in defeat and their general form has been shaky since the resumption of action. Everton have failed to win their last four matches and the form of Jordan Pickford has been such a concern that Ancelotti has had to comment on it publicly. Without a clean sheet for five matches, we see another failure upcoming. Back Sheffield United to win.
