Sevilla are battling hard for a place in the Champions League next season. They start the weekend in fourth place, 17 points off the top of the table but in the final qualification position, a point clear of Getafe. Their current form is a problem though and a form table for the past five league games has them 15th with only four points. Their last ten league games have only produced ten points with four defeats. Before the bad run began, Sevilla were right at the top of the table but now securing fourth place is their main aim. If they don't get it via the league, it could happen in the Europa League where they have already reached the last 16. Home form remains good though with no losses in the last nine, though two of the last three have been drawn.

Barcelona are seven points clear at the top of the table and are unbeaten in their last 12 league matches. Away from home, the league leaders are unbeaten in eight La Liga matches winning four of the last five. Their defending isn't always applauded as much as their attacking ability but they have kept four clean sheets in the last five away league games plus that goalless draw at Lyon in midweek. 11 away league games has seen them concede on just eight occasions. Sevilla aren't easy to beat at home but their form is a bit questionable of late and they let in three at relegation-threatened Villarreal last weekend, go for a Barcelona victory.
