After earning a ticket to League A of the 2026-27 UEFA Nations League (UNL) in contrasting fashions, Serbia and Greece look to earn a crucial win when they meet on matchday one on Thursday. This group 2 match at Stadion Rajko Mitic in Belgrade between the ‘Eagles’ and the Greeks is likely to be a low-scoring encounter with under 2.5 goals, our match prediction.
The other teams in this group are Germany and the Netherlands. With only the top two sides advancing to the quarter-finals, the other two remain in the race for relegation play-offs or get relegated to League B.
Serbia failed to qualify for the World Cup and have struggled in recent friendlies as well.
