The hosts have just one win in their last seven and have conceded in twelve of their last fourteen games. They are competitive yet largely inefficient in front of their own fans, drawing each of their last four and being winless in their eleven at the Estadio Pedro Bidegain. Their defensive frailties are worrying and largely responsible for their lack of a winning edge, having conceded in eight consecutive home games. It has been a torrid couple of days for Boca who are at risk of seeing their season end way too early for their standards.
