Last season saw Celtic defeat Rosenborg in the Champions League and there's a good chance that will be repeated this season. It was a difficult tie for the Scottish champions last season after being held at home and having to win away to qualify. It looked as if they might struggle again when they went 1-0 down in the first leg last week. However, Celtic recovered well to get a 3-1 lead to take to Norway for this second leg. Celtic have been scoring plenty of goals already this season with nine in three Champions League qualifers and 20 goals in their last five matches. Winning here last season will boost their conffidence in qualifying.

Rosenborg struggled to get past Valur in the first qualifying round but might not be so lucky this time around. They have to score at least twice and just one goal by their opponents will leave them needing four to win the tie in 90 minutes. They have lost three of their last four games in the Champions League and have one win in the last five. They have to be in an attacking mood if they want to progress and the best bet here is to go for over 2.5 goals in the game as Celtic could well prosper via the gaps left at the back.
