It's just a few days before the start of the English Premier League and Wolverhampton Wanderers find themselves in Armenia for a Europa League tie. Wolves had a straightforward win over Irish side Crusaders in the second qualifying round. They went through on a 6-1 aggregated and won the away second leg 4-1. They had a nervous moment or two in that second leg as they went a goal down early on making it 2-1 on aggregate. Wolves survived that and went on to win the game easily and should also be able to get a win in this match.
Pyunik Erevan have had to win two rounds to get this far. They started off their Europa League campaign with a 5-4 aggregate win over Shkupi. They took an early lead in the home leg but then found themselves 3-1 down by half-time. They still trailed by two goals with ten minutes to go before two late goals earned them a 3-3 draw. It was their turn to do well in the first half scoring two goals in 31 minutes. Shkupi got a goal back and only needed to equalize to go through on away goals but Pyunik held on for the win. The second qualifying round saw them beat Jablonec 2-1 with all the goals coming in the home first leg. The home win was their only one in the last three Europa League games played in Armenia. Go for an away win in this game with Wolves leading at both half and full time.
