Shakhtyor on the other hand, have been playing competitively, and go to this game on a very impressive run. They are unbeaten in their last seven matches, six of which were wins and they have four clean sheets in the seven matches. They have suffered just one loss in the last 13 matches. Away from home, they have one loss and four wins in the last five though the only concern is that they have one clean sheet in the said five away matches. Shakhtyor last took part in the Champions League in 2006, and back then, they only played two matches, at the preliminary stage, and lost both.
