Razgrad is set for a big battle in the third qualifying round of the UEFA Champions League when Ludogorets plays host to Olympiakos in the return leg of a tie that is balanced at 1-1. Ludogorets couldn’t hold on a slim lead away in Greece as Olympiakos rallied to equalize with three minutes to go. That result stopped a run of three straight wins for Ludogorets and they will be hoping to restart another. They go to this game well rested after their weekend game against CSKA Sofia was postponed and their nine-game unbeaten run is still intact, with seven wins therein. Ludogorets have scored in nine of their last 10 matches, on five occasions managing two or more goals, while they have six clean sheets. At home, they are unbeaten in five matches, winning all, and with four clean sheets; conceding one goal and scoring 14.

Olympiakos also carry a good run to this game, having won four and drawn two of their last six. They are yet to start their domestic season but in the three competitive matches they’ve played so far, they have one draw and two wins. In the last five matches they have kept three clean sheets and on no occasion in the five matches have they conceded more than one goal, though they’ve also scored more than a goal in just one of the five matches. This will be their toughest outing yet in the season and after being forced to come from behind at home, they will want to be more proactive here. In the previous Champions League qualifying round, they had home and away wins over Neftci Baku, before drawing with Ludogorets. In all their three Champions League matches this season, Olympiakos haven’t scored more than a goal.
