The winners of this Champions League third qualifying round tie take on either Krasnodar or Porto in the play-off round. That's most likely going to be Porto who won the away first leg 1-0. That's just the position that Olympiakos find themselves in against Istanbul Basaksehir. It was a 53rd minute goal that has put the Greek club in a strong position in this tie. They are bidding to reach the group stage of the Champions League after missing out last season. Olympiakos started this season in the second qualifying round up against Viktoria Pizen. The away leg ended goalless but Olympiakos won 4-0 at home. That makes it 11 home games unbeaten in European qualifying matches.
