Novak Djokovic vs Stefanos Tsitsipas Prediction & Betting Tips - Paris, France
by Steve Ashfield | in Tennis Predictions
No player has won this tournament more times than Novak Djokovic. He hasn't dropped a set so far and takes on seventh seeded Stefanos Tsitsipas in the quarter finals. The winner of this match faces either Grigor Dimitrov or Cristian Albot who are both unseeded. Djokovic is about to lose his world number one ranking to Rafael Nadal and lost to Karen Khachanov in the 2018 Paris Masters. This week he has beaten lucky loser Corentin Moutet in straight sets and followed that up with victory in two sets over Kyle Edmund. Both matches have seen him win the first set on a tie-break. Djokovic won the Japan Open last month but will be out for revenge in this match. That's because it was Tsitispas who beat him in the quarter finals of the Shanghai Masters this month.
Tsitsipas has won two of his three previous matches against Novak Djokovic. His other win was in Canada last year, Djokovic beat him on clay this summer. He's been in good form of late with a run to the final of the China Open, then semi-final appearances in both Shanghai and Basel last week. He is yet to lose a set in this tournament with wins over Taylor Fritz and Alex de Minaur (finalist in Basel last week). Djokovic loves playing in this tournament but there have been rumours of him being ill which is a worry. He has been making slow starts and his opponent is in form, go for over 20.5 games to be played in this match.

Our Novak Djokovic vs Stefanos Tsitsipas Prediction
This could be a cracker of a quarter final. Novak Djokovic loves this tournament and his opponent is in top form at present. Tsitsipas beat Djokovic in Shanghai and is one of the few players who has a positive record against him. A bet on over 20.5 games looks the safest way to get a good win from this match.
