Nottingham Forest will look to avoid three Premier League losses in a row when they take on Everton on Saturday. The match will be played at The City Ground, and the hosts are headed into it in 15th place, while the visitors are 19th. Forest are coming into this match following back-to-back losses on either side of the international break. Last weekend, despite taking the lead, they were beaten 3-2 by Brighton & Hove Albion on their home patch. That left them on 13 points in as many games this season, eight above the drop zone. Notably, The Reds have earned the majority of their points at home this season. In six matches at City Ground, Forest have only lost once and have taken nine of a possible 18 points. They have also scored in each of those matches, including six goals in their last three alone. The hosts are unbeaten in their last three matches against this opponent, but the bookmakers have them down as the marginal underdogs for this one. 

Meanwhile, Everton find themselves in the bottom three after they were handed a 10-point deduction for violating the Premier League's profit and sustainability rules. They are now on just four points after 13 matches and have it all to do for the remainder of the campaign. However, prior to their points docking, The Toffees were finding a bit of form. They were unbeaten in three matches heading into the international break, which included two wins and a draw. Notably, they took four points off top-half sides Brighton and West Ham United in that time. However, they returned from the break with a poor display against Manchester United, losing 3-0 at Goodison Park last week. In contrast to their opponent, the Merseyside club have fared better in away matches this season. They have earned ten points in their last five games on the road, losing only to derby rivals Liverpool in that time. The Toffees took a point from this fixture (2-2) last season.
